Today a young adult i.e. Future Leader has to balance college life, family life, their academic goals, relationships, etc… At the same time they have tremendous pressure w.r.t. their career and future planning and let’s add the growing influence of various social media and ever growing technology that one gets exposed to. Well, life seems to be quite complex and demanding than ever before for these teenagers and young adults!

 

At Nibhish Consultancy, we have designed programs to Empower Youth with a thought process to think beyond the horizon, chase their dreams with conviction and passion, and make them evolve and ensure they understand the life beyond college better. Our Program gives them the understanding of skills they need to achieve their goals and live up to their full potential – be it at home, with friends, in college, in relationships or in the corporate world.

A graduation degree generally provides education on specific areas of management and administration like finances, science, human resources, etc… Our training is the process of transferring practical knowledge to solidify the skills and usage of the knowledge learned by student managers by engaging them in a practical manner and also involves them into quality discussion and brain storming. The practical manner in which the students are engaged provides them with valuable hands-on experience in their specific fields. Our training will give student managers the opportunity to develop valuable perspectives that help them to further understand their specific area of management and development.

Our Approach: A comprehensive Three Level approach enables us to identify your requirements, and then carefully tailor course topics and post-training reinforcement support tools to suit your needs.

Length: Tailored to your needs – bite-sized 120 minute sessions; or half-day, full-day, or three-day courses.

Locations/Availability: Delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice (where appropriate). Training is available seven days a week, and there is no additional charge for weekend training.
